We cannot really blame U.S.A for the crisis. The U.S. is more likely the trigger of the chain reaction. The situation just before the beginning of the crisis was more like an elaborate pyramid scheme: People were spending money they didn't own and were expecting other people would also do the same. However, every scheme of this kind relies on a continuous stream of cashflow, which is impossible to achieve as we have a limited amount of money. So, a crisis was unavoidable at this point. When we examine our actual situation, we see that some markets are starting to make profits. However, as Druid_NE stated, this is all statistics and not the real deal. Can people find work? Do we have an increase at the annual income of middle class families? Without jobs, you cannot sustain any economy.

Yes and there are so many people looking for any kind of job. My two boys have semi part time jobs as Unarmed security. But they apply every where. There are just too many people looking and not enough jobs to fill.

you can make your own jobs such as start webhosting, web developing get money from advertisements etc... make your own software.. those sort of Techy stuff but I guess ppl now adays are just too lazy to learn thats why they just depend on the government to get jobs avaible for them rather than them making there own jobs off the internet...

I don't really follow the economy. It doesn't hit my parents, since my mom doesn't work and my dad teaches. We do not have debt which really helps. But enough about myself.
Really, let's talk about our Buy-It-Now greed. We 'need' that Hummer to pass that 'granny' in the Ford next to us. How about carpooling? That saves cash. ¥€$ it does. |
